  • Learn how to mediate, relieve stress, and build a healthier relationship with your mind.
  • Identify thoughts and behaviour patterns which are holding you back from the life you want to live.
  • Be the best version of yourself for your personal and professional relationships.
  • 1 x 90-120 min class per week, delivered via video call, plus 20-30 minutes of “homework” per day.
  • Optional online “Retreat Day” between weeks 6 & 7.

  • Free drop in sessions at St Werburghs Community Centre.
  • No experience needed. Suitable for total beginners or experienced meditators.
  • All sessions introduced and guided by Ryan, your experienced mindfulness practitioner and teacher. 
  • You can expect a range of themes and meditations, including: Awareness of breath, visualisation, body scans, mindfulness for pain management, mindfulness for manifestation, and much more.
  • A chance to connect with yourself and your community while enjoying the wonderful benefits of meditation & mindfulness!

Have questions?

Sessions will be held online via video call. Further support is delivered via the coaching app. Unless you live in the Bristol Area, in which case face-to-face sessions are welcome.

No. Ryan is not a counsellor or a therapist. Aspects of this work can feel therapeutic, healing, or comforting; but if you require more specialist care, Ryan will be more than happy to suggest alternative professionals.

Yes! We can train at your home gym, or at another mutually agreed location.
